DESIGN FUTURES: TRENDS, FORESIGHT AND INTUITION
This project explores future scenarios for the luxury marketplace Farfetch, using driving forces and patterns to map out potentially significant outcomes of these scenarios on the brand. In developing scenarios, extensive brand and industry research was conducted, consumer behaviors analyzed and external social, technological, environmental, economic, and political factors were considered.

CHALLENGE QUESTION
The luxury fashion e-commerce market is increasingly becoming saturated with other multi-brand luxury players. How will Farfetch carve out a differentiated offering to establish a distinct brand identity?

ROLE
Using scenario planning tools, possible futures over 5, 10, and 15-year time horizons were explored and developed to predict how Farfetch could develop proactive strategies to futureproof the brand.
